Terms of service
Last updated 30 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and the company that runs mysanaa. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must be 18 or over to create an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at hello@mysanaa.com if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for what happens in your account, including what co-hosts you add do with your events.
Your guests and their data
When you add guests, you decide who to invite and what to ask, and we handle their details for you, as our privacy policy explains. You confirm that:
- you have a lawful reason to share each guest’s details with us, and each guest is happy to hear from you on the channels you choose;
- for any guest under 18, a parent or guardian has agreed;
- you’ll only use guests’ details for your event, and won’t use mysanaa to send unwanted messages.
We check consent before every send, include an unsubscribe link in every guest email, and pause sending automatically if bounces or complaints rise. Businesses that need a data processing agreement with us can ask at hello@mysanaa.com.
Acceptable use
Don’t use mysanaa to send spam, harass anyone, deceive guests, share anything unlawful, or try to get at data that isn’t yours. Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use. We may remove content, pause sending or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we’ll tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.
Your content
Your designs, words, logos and guest lists stay yours. You give us permission to store, display and send them only as needed to run mysanaa for you. Our software, templates and brand stay ours.
Price and payments
During early access, mysanaa is free for invited hosts and nothing is charged. When paid event packages and printed cards become available, the price will be shown before you pay, payments will go through our payment provider, and refunds will follow the policy shown at checkout. Your rights under consumer protection law in your country are not affected.
Availability
We work hard to keep mysanaa running and your invitations delivered, but we can’t promise it will always be available or that every message will arrive, because delivery also depends on email, WhatsApp and SMS services we don’t control. Keep your own copy of anything important, such as your guest list.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Your data. We keep it for 3 months in case you change your mind (our support team can restore it), then erase it, keeping only the payment records the law requires. Guest lists are deleted 12 months after each event. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited. Otherwise, we’re not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll tell hosts by email about important changes before they take effect; continuing to use mysanaa after that means you accept them.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If something goes wrong, write to us at hello@mysanaa.com first and we’ll try to put it right. If we can’t, the courts of Lagos State will decide, and if you live elsewhere you keep any right to bring a claim in your own country’s courts that its consumer law gives you.
